Responsibilities

• Be responsible for onboarding and maintaining of the account
• Act as the first line of support for the customers
• Assist with customer inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions to issues related to cyber security products and services
• Become the customer advocate, collaborating with our Product, Development, Marketing, and Sales teams
• Create and maintain troubleshooting documents
• Create and maintain playbooks

Requirements

Requirements are often considered a measure of how equipped you are to do the job, but sometimes, they aren’t the only factor.

• Minimum of two years of experience in cyber security roles
• CCNA certificate
• Hands-on experience with Check Point / Palo Alto / Fortinet / Cisco firewalls is essential.
• Experience in incident response, security analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Be a self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• A proven ability to prioritize and execute

Work Environment:

This position may require participation in on-call rotations and occasional after-hours support. The candidate should be adaptable to a rapidly evolving threat landscape and be willing to stay updated on the latest cyber security trends and technologies.
