•Provide technical support and maintenance to the production lines and production sites.
•Support production issues, customer complaint, proof Of Design activities for HW, SW and process updates.
•Responsibilities include support for solving technical issues for improving production processes in-house, at BWI worldwide, affiliates and for subcontractors, reviewing and evaluating production yield.
•Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.
•Guide and instruct junior field service engineers
•Point of Contact and management of external manufacturers
•On-site support and training
•Manage the Spare parts for Testers and Calibration systems.
Traveling: expected traveling once a quarter (up to 4 times a year).
Qualifications:
•B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering (Minimum 5 years' experience)/ Practical Electronic Engineer (Minimum 10 years' experience)
•Debug capabilities- 10 years' experience.
•Manufacturing support
•Basic software knowledge.
•Experience in a multidisciplinary company.
•Experience in a medical device company - an advantage.
