Service Lab Team Leader

Eitan Medical is a fast-growing global medical device company, developing and manufacturing innovative drug delivery and infusion solutions across the continuum of care- from the hospital to the home. We are looking for an excellent Service Lab Team Leader to join the team.

Job Description:

• Oversee daily operations of the service lab, direct manager of lab technicians
• Ensure safety & Compliance in diagnostic & repair process flow
• Collaborate with external departments to attend service KPIs, based on customer’s complaint
• Manage service data in SAP and other information systems
• Responsible for customer relationships and communication for IL customers
• Collaborate with service centers abroad to align information and repair processes
• Manage inventory and ordering supplies and equipment
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Analyse data and provide reports to senior management
  
  

• Education: Practical Engineer/ Technician - Electronics/Mechanics
• Job skills:
• Fast technical learning and ability to multitask in a range of disciplines
• Highly service awareness
• Highly managing skills
• Previous experience in a service lab - advantage
• Computer skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office suite & SAP
• Language skills: Good oral and written communication skills in English
• Personality: Independent and self-driven
