SPARK HIRE - Integration manager

Being on this position you will be part of Delivery team of SB Tech developing new features of our product, extend existing functionality, make a lot of customizations and integrations. You will deliver sport booking platform number one worldwide.

Your Responsibilities:

• Working very closely with the customers and STech team to coordinate project tasks and status monitoring and reporting.
• Planning and coordinating integration project from design and development to production.
• Understand the integration process in details in every step.
• Knowledge in the technical side of the API implementation.
• Defining requirements and planning the integration life cycle.
• Analyze and handle all issues and change requests for timely delivery of the client scheduled release.
• Proactively identify risks and issues to the quality of the product.
• Drive external dependencies and their schedule.
• You have excellent communication skills and keep the lines of communication open by circulating reports that keep stakeholders in the loop on project status and in-sync with the latest development schedule and priorities.
• Ability to cut through the ambiguity and identify the core issues.
• Monitor deliverables on a daily basis, identifies critical paths and obstacles.
• Planning and scheduling project activities, integrating those into the broader project plan with the customer project manager(s), and managing any schedule/task conflicts.
• Managing client expectations and escalations throughout the project.
• Developing strong working relationships with customer tech experts, end-users and all stakeholders involved in the project.
• Implement continuous improvement practices.
  
  

• 2+ years experience in IT
• Broad general IT knowledge (Internet structure, servers, firewalls, domain records)
• Basic HTML, SQL, Javascript, HTTP, APIs knowledge
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Experience with Jenkins and Kibana are not must, but considered an advantage
• Precise written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong cross team/group/organization collaboration skills
• Ability to foresee and analyzes risks, develop risk management plan and mitigate subsequent issues
• High powered analytical skills and the ability to understand concepts and situations that pass by many others
