Job Description

We are looking for a Talend Pre-Sale Engineer to continue to build a proactive Data Integration Team, to work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure customers receive value from Talend's products and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical implementation and optimization of Talend systems, including troubleshooting and resource management
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Development, BI, domain experts) to design and implement solutions aligned with business requirements
• Drive technical sales process by qualifying opportunities and managing RFI/RFP responses
• Develop and present customized product demonstrations and POCs
• Build and maintain technical relationships between developers and C-level stakeholders
• Manage multiple concurrent prospect engagements
• Balance independent work with collaborative team initiatives
• Represent Talend at industry events and partner functions
  
  

• Ideally possessing 3+ years of pre-sales experience
• Talend development experience - Major advantage
• Familiarity with ETL tools such as Informatica, SSIS, Data Stage
• Strong ability and experience with Java and SQL
• Familiarity with on-prem and cloud-based data warehouses/lakes
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
