Job Description

As Dy Treasury manager you are responsible to:

• Deputy Treasury Manager is responsible to contribute to the development of the Treasury annual business plan to ensure that the activities and plans performed by treasury are aligned to the Ghazanfar Banks overall strategy.
• Deputy Treasury Manager is responsible to preparation of Risk Mitigation strategies for further submission to senior Management.
• Deputy Treasury Manager is responsible to managing the Equity and Fixed income portfolio of the bank.
• Deputy Treasury Manager is responsible to monitoring the Global Financial Markets with Special focus on the equity and bond markets.
• Deputy Treasury Manager is responsible to preparation of Weekly Trading Plan for the Equity Market.
• Deputy Treasury Manager is responsible to managing balance sheet and day-to-day liquidity to support the business needs.
• Deputy Treasury Manager is responsible to assisting the team in the Investment of short-term cash surplus in money market instruments, making recommendations to the Treasury Manager.
• Deputy Treasury Manager is responsible to regularly Reviewing of the Investment Strategies and recommending changes in line with changing environment.
• To attend to any other matter that may not have been mentioned in this document but advised by Treasury Manager.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Shall have at least a Bachelor's degree in Economic, Finance, Accounting and commerce, Master’s degree will be preferred.
• Professional Certifications of ACCA/CTP/ CIMA/ CMA/ CFA or other professional qualification would be a great asset.
• Shall have at least 2 or 4 years of professional experience in Treasury or Finance departments.
