Business Application Manager

As the Business Applications Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in connecting our business processes with cutting-edge technologies, ensuring seamless operations and continuous innovation.

As part of your role, you will

• :Lead and manage business application projects, ensuring they meet organizational goals and timelines
• .Collaborate with teams to understand business processes and translate them into effective technical solutions
• .Oversee the integration, maintenance, and upgrades of enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, and billing systems
• .Redesign workflows to enhance efficiency, drive innovation, and support user adoption
• .Provide strategic direction for business applications while managing vendor relationships and budgets

.You should bring with you

• :A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• .5+ years of experience managing business applications or leading IT projects
• .Expertise in enterprise applications like ERP, CRM, and data analytics, with experience in SaaS and subscription-based models
• .Strong project management skills, including proficiency in tools like Jira, Monday.com, or MS Project
• .Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to bridge technical and business teams

.It’s a big plus if you have

• :Experience with subscription-based billing tools such as Zuora, Chargebee, or Deelup
• .Technical knowledge of integration tools and middleware solutions
• .Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
