The5ers is a fast-growing B2C fintech company, and we’re looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team! If you have excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a passion for financial markets, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve and address any customer's concerns and issues related to their accounts.
- Act as a strategic advisor, establishing trust and advocating for client needs across departments.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email promptly and professionally.
- Resolve customer concerns with patience, empathy, and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding traders' accounts and our financial products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify and escalate high-priority issues to the appropriate teams.
- Meet performance targets, including response times and customer satisfaction metrics.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in a customer support role within a fintech or financial services company – Must
- Native-level English – Must
- Flexibility in working hours and ability to support the team across different time zones
- Strong ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners
- Problem-solving mindset with a professional approach
- Knowledge of financial markets, trading, or forex – A big advantage
- Familiar with the ticketing system
- Team player
