Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of product managers and product designers. Enable them to successfully define, plan, and execute product roadmaps and initiatives.
• Lead the product roadmap aligning with LSports' overall business strategy and industry trends in sports data and betting.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and data teams to integrate advanced features, improve product functionality, and support 24/7 reliable product.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, customer success, and development teams across the organization, to prioritize features and optimize workflows.
• Engage with customers to understand their unique requirements and challenges, translating insights into product enhancements.
• Identify process gaps and work on process optimization to streamline data collection efficiency and team collaboration.
• Represent the company by presenting company products and services to customers.
  
  

• 7+ years of experience in product management roles in B2B companies.
• 3+ years of experience in team management.
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
• Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to analyze complex technical problems and propose innovative solutions.
• Experience with sports and sports betting domains - advantage.
