Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Business Development: Drive new business by identifying, targeting, and closing sales opportunities in the affiliate marketing space, focusing on building long-term relationships with potential partners.
• Training & Development: Participate in a hands-on training program to become proficient in affiliate marketing, digital marketing strategies, and performance-based sales models.
• Affiliate Partnership Management: Build relationships with affiliate partners, educate them about our products and services, and guide them through the affiliate onboarding process.
• Lead Generation & Qualification: Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, cold outreach, and digital platforms.
• Negotiation & Deal Closing: Negotiate affiliate terms and compensation structures, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that drive revenue growth for both the affiliate and the company.
• Data-Driven Sales Strategy: Analyze sales data and affiliate performance to identify trends, optimize sales strategies, and improve overall sales effectiveness.
• Customer Support & Account Management: Provide ongoing support to affiliates, answer queries, and ensure a smooth and successful partnership.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales or a performance-based sales environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and partners.
• Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable with a fast-paced, target-driven environment and capable of handling multiple projects at once.
• Experience in negotiating contracts, managing accounts, and maintaining long-term relationships with clients or partners.
