About the Role

We’re looking for a Monetization Team Leader to manage and optimize programmatic ad revenue for online publishers. This hands-on leadership role involves overseeing a small team while leveraging expertise in Google Ad Manager (GAM) and major programmatic demand platforms to drive success for our publishers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a small team specializing in programmatic ad monetization.
• Optimize ad revenue strategies using GAM, header bidding, and direct demand partnerships.
• Analyze performance data to implement improvements that drive revenue growth.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, adopting best practices and new technologies.
• Collaborate with the Publisher team to enhance ad operations and maximize yield.
• Work closely with R&D to improve existing technologies and develop new tools.
• Regularly report on progress, insights, and revenue performance.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in programmatic ad monetization.
• Expert in Google Ad Manager (GAM) and major demand platforms (SSPs, DSPs).
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to optimization.
• Experience and proved record working and optimizing publisher assets in Adtech.
• In-depth understanding of programmatic advertising, Header bidding, Adtech supply chain, and key industry players. 
• Strong industry network, especially with key players on the demand side
• Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and guide a team.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
• full time position in our Modiin office.
