Privacy Protection Attorney To IBI Capital- Job No. 1365

Job Description:

• Legal counsel on privacy law and data protection matters, including GDPR regulations, the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, and CCPA.

• Development and implementation of privacy policies and internal procedures in accordance with laws and regulations.

• Support for technological and strategic projects from a privacy and data protection perspective.

• Preparation of legal documents such as Data Processing Agreements (DPA), information sharing agreements, and privacy policies for websites and apps.

• Management of compliance processes and monitoring of regulatory changes in the privacy field.

• Training and raising awareness among employees and managers on privacy and information security issues.

• Handling user and personal data owner requests in accordance with the law (e.g., access or deletion requests).

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law and a valid Israeli law license - required.

• High proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) - required.

• Experience in privacy law and data protection - significant advantage for experience with GDPR and CCPA regulations.

• Good understanding of technology, information systems, and the legal needs related to them - advantage.

• Experience in drafting contracts and agreements related to privacy and information security - advantage.
