Supply Chain Risk Manager for the Cyber Department

Job Description  

The role involves sending questionnaires to suppliers, monitoring the resolution of deficiencies, obtaining signatures on documents, and ensuring supplier compliance with the bank's information security requirements. This position requires working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including infrastructure, architecture, communication, business units, compliance, legal teams, suppliers, and technology companies. The role operates within a regulated environment with strict information security standards.

Job Requirements:  

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in information security and cybersecurity – mandatory  

- Minimum of 2 years of experience and familiarity with supply chain risks, cybersecurity risks, financial, operational, technological, and regulatory risks – mandatory

- Minimum of 2 years of experience and familiarity with regulatory requirements, NBT (Bank of Israel) directives, procedures, and information security standards such as: Privacy Protection Law, Bank of Israel requirements, PCI-DSS, SOX, ISO27001, SOC2 – mandatory  

- Minimum of 2 years of experience writing policy documents – mandatory  

- Relevant certifications in IT and information security (CSMP, Cybersecurity, GRC) – advantage  

- Familiarity with the cyber supply chain questionnaire or an automated system for sending supply chain questionnaires – advantage
