Construction Project Manager

Job Description:

• Manage projects with an emphasis on system-intensive projects in public and educational institutions, in accordance with planning and building laws and safety regulations.
• Responsible for all project phases: specification, pricing, planning, tendering, execution, delivery, and warranty.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, planners, and other professionals.
• Monitor project schedules and ensure quality assurance.
• Manage project budgets and approve invoices for planners, contractors, and other external parties.
• Oversee construction and maintenance work in existing buildings, including system management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering/Building Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in managing, planning, and executing diverse construction projects and renovating existing buildings.
• Experience in establishing research and teaching laboratories – an advantage.
• Knowledge and experience in managing planning and execution budgets for projects.
• Proficiency in Hebrew and good command of English.
• Experience with relevant software.
• High interpersonal skills.
