We seek a strategic and results-driven Head of Product Management to lead our high-tech B2B SaaS product portfolio. This role is ideal for a seasoned product leader with expertise in AI-driven solutions, large-scale data platforms, and enterprise-grade software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our AI-powered B2B SaaS platform.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing product management team.
• Drive innovation and differentiation through AI, data analytics, and automation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure product-market fit and customer satisfaction.
• Engage with enterprise customers to gather insights, validate product decisions, and drive adoption.
• Own the full product lifecycle from ideation to go-to-market execution and post-launch optimization.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of product management experience, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Strong background in B2B SaaS, AI, big data, or cloud-based platforms.
• Proven ability to scale products in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML applications and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
