Tier 2 Support Engineer

SolarGik is looking for someone to join our expanding team of technical support experts! In this role, you'll be working closely with field teams and internal departments, managing auxiliaries, handling software upgrades, and maintaining databases, among other tasks. Prospective candidates should be open to accommodating varying flexible schedules as part of their role.

What will YOU do?

• Operate as Tier 2 technical support, oversee different projects around the world.

• Collaborate with field teams to facilitate the setup and functionality of sites.

• Verify and ensure the functionality of the site- dispatching field teams for physical inspections or monitoring site behavior for analytical purposes.

• Be part of the commissioning process, from the installation of components on site to the successful operation of the site.

• Investigate and troubleshoot ongoing anomalies

What will YOU bring with you?

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a technical support role.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hebrew. (other languages are a plus).

• Experience in creating documentation for issue resolution and knowledge sharing.

• Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact.

• Capability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.

• Proactive, Can-Do attitude.
