Now, we’re looking for a Client & Creative Manager to join our team and take charge of client communications, direct response copywriting, and creative execution.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

🎯 Client Relationship Management

• Maintain ongoing communication with clients, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Gather client requirements and guide them in content creation (text, images, videos).
• Set expectations and provide performance insights through reports.

🎯 Creative & Direct Response Copywriting Strategy

• Write high-converting ad copy for Meta & Google campaigns.
• Craft engaging hooks and persuasive messaging using frameworks like AIDA, PAS, and Hook-Story-Offer.
• Optimize ad copy and creative elements based on performance analysis.

🎯 Creative Content & Design

• Manage and oversee content creators, including UGC creators.
• Design high-quality creatives in Canva (ads, banners, and social media assets).
• Ensure creative materials align with platform best practices and client goals.

🎯 Campaign Coordination & Optimization

• Work closely with the PPC Manager to ensure ad creatives are aligned with campaign strategies.
• Analyze ad performance, conduct A/B testing, and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with clients to produce better content for increased engagement.

🎯 Automation & AI Tools

• Utilize AI-powered tools like ChatGPT, MidJourney, Canva AI, and Runway to enhance creative production.
• Streamline workflows by implementing automated content creation frameworks.

🎯 Strategic Planning & Funnel Development

• Plan and execute marketing funnels that drive conversions.
• Develop content strategies tailored to different audience segments.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

✅ First of all, someone who has a huge passion for creative, content, and Direct Response Copywriting.

✅ 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in an agency setting.

✅ Experience working with PPC departments in a marketing agency.

✅ Deep knowledge and understanding of the different types of video & creative across the various marketing platforms.

✅ Fluent in Hebrew & English (written and spoken).

✅ Experience managing clients and handling communication professionally.

✅ Strong copywriting skills (ads, video scripts, emails, landing pages, SMS campaigns).

✅ Knowledge of creative psychology (what makes people click, engage, and convert).

✅ Familiarity with AI-driven content tools (ChatGPT, MidJourney, Canva AI, etc.).

✅ Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines.

✅ Experience with task management tools like Trello, Asana, or ClickUp.

✅ Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven.

💡 Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

✨ Experience working with UGC creators and managing influencer-style content.

✨ Understanding of video content trends (Reels, Stories, Shorts).

✨ Strong strategic thinking around content funnels and conversion-focused storytelling.

WHAT WE OFFER

💰 Freelance contract with an option for payroll (negotiable).
