UX Designer - Digital Products Department

Position Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Designer to join our Digital Products Department. In this role, you will help shape innovative retail experiences that seamlessly blend physical and digital interactions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive, engaging interfaces for our cutting-edge solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the UX design process from concept to implementation for interactive retail solutions
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups that align with our clients' brand identities and user needs
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Collaborate with product managers, clients, engineers, and creative teams to ensure exceptional user experiences
• Develop design systems and component libraries that enable consistency across our product portfolio
• Stay current with emerging retail technology trends and UX best practices

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in UX design, preferably for digital products or interactive experiences
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and problem-solving
• Proficiency in Figma
• Experience designing for web and mobile.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in retail technology, digital signage, or interactive installations
• Knowledge of motion design and animation principles
• Familiarity with AI-driven interfaces and conversational design
• Experience with rapid prototyping tools
