The role includes planning and executing tests, managing QA processes, writing test scripts, collaborating with development and project teams, and continuously improving testing processes and system support.
Required requirements and skills:
• Familiarity with QA methodologies
• At least two years of experience performing software testing, of which at least one year on the Salesforce platform
• Experience testing complex processes and integrations with external systems
• Experience writing SQL queries for data testing
• Ability to analyze and understand business and technical requirements
• Ability to deal with multiple systems and tasks simultaneously, independent, very high self-learning ability
• Excellent interpersonal communication and ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams
