System Engineer

One of our clients, an innovative and technology-driven company in the defense sector, is looking to hire a System Engineer with expertise in hardware, mechanics, or optics. The company specializes in developing advanced electro-optical systems and provides cutting-edge solutions for military applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• System engineering for electro-optical systems in the defense industry.
• Managing multidisciplinary projects, including electro-optics, control integration, and electro-mechanical design.
• Leading tasks, preparing budgets, and setting schedules for both short- and long-term projects.
• Driving teams and projects simultaneously, ensuring high professional standards and meeting targets.
• Handling frequent unforeseen challenges and adapting to dynamic project requirements.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in system engineering for electro-optical systems in the defense industry.
• Experience in a defense company or a company developing products for the defense market – mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of electro-optics, control integration, and electro-mechanical design.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams efficiently.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing project needs.
• Familiarity with drone technologies – an advantage.
