Customer Relations & Operations Director

About the Role

In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee content creation, operations, customer relations, and human resources while traveling with groups and ensuring seamless processes from pre-arrival to post-trip. You’ll also play a key role in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation and Database Management

• Design and curate itineraries for delegations and missions.
• Manage our Knowledge Hub, including speakers, accommodations, meeting/event facilities, and client feedback.

Sales Support

• Assist the CEO with forecast management.
• Handle invoicing, collections, and supplier payments.

Operations

• Lead and coordinate operations both pre-arrival and on-site.
• Oversee client registration, participant management, and post-trip financial processes.

Customer Relations

• Travel full-time with groups to ensure client satisfaction and team coordination.
• Solicit and implement post-trip feedback to improve future experiences.

Human Resources

• Lead recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Conduct performance management, reviews, and feedback sessions.

What We’re Looking For

• Precision, responsibility, and initiative – self-motivated individuals only!
• Management experience
• Languages:
• Native-level English speaker with exceptional written and verbal skills (a MUST).
• Strong command of Hebrew (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to prioritize and adapt to shifting tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in incoming tourism or event management is preferred.
