About the Role
In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee content creation, operations, customer relations, and human resources while traveling with groups and ensuring seamless processes from pre-arrival to post-trip. You’ll also play a key role in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation and Database Management
- Design and curate itineraries for delegations and missions.
- Manage our Knowledge Hub, including speakers, accommodations, meeting/event facilities, and client feedback.
Sales Support
- Assist the CEO with forecast management.
- Handle invoicing, collections, and supplier payments.
Operations
- Lead and coordinate operations both pre-arrival and on-site.
- Oversee client registration, participant management, and post-trip financial processes.
Customer Relations
- Travel full-time with groups to ensure client satisfaction and team coordination.
- Solicit and implement post-trip feedback to improve future experiences.
Human Resources
- Lead recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Conduct performance management, reviews, and feedback sessions.
What We’re Looking For
- Precision, responsibility, and initiative – self-motivated individuals only!
- Management experience
- Languages:
- Native-level English speaker with exceptional written and verbal skills (a MUST).
- Strong command of Hebrew (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to prioritize and adapt to shifting tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in incoming tourism or event management is preferred.
