Join a dynamic and innovative AgTech startup that develops advanced optimization solutions for greenhouse crops, helping growers maximize yield and efficiency. We’re expanding our presence in the U.S. market and looking for a skilled Performance Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to lead our digital growth efforts.
About the Role:
This is a hands-on role for a proactive marketing professional with a proven track record in paid media, lead generation, and performance-driven campaigns. You'll take ownership of our digital mאזורarketing strategy to attract both direct customers (greenhouse growers) and sales partners (integrators, resellers) across the U.S. agricultural sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and more.
- Develop lead generation funnels that deliver high-quality leads with measurable ROI.
- Research market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and refine campaign strategies.
- Manage email marketing and nurture campaigns to engage current and potential partners.
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics, translating data into actionable insights.
- Support branding initiatives through online content, webinars, and participation in industry events.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong emphasis on paid media and lead generation.
- Proven success in creating and managing ROI-focused campaigns with limited budgets.
- Deep understanding of the U.S. agricultural market, especially within the greenhouse and specialty crops sectors.
- Proficiency with platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads, along with marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in campaign measurement and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Bonus Points for:
- Experience in AgTech, automation, or IoT-related products.
- Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices.
