As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Director of Demand Generation with deep cybersecurity marketing experience to drive our pipeline growth, optimize demand gen strategies, and scale our global reach.
As Director of Demand Generation, you will lead and execute multi-channel campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and high-quality pipeline for our sales team. You’ll own ABM, paid media, SEO, content syndication, email marketing, and more, ensuring we effectively reach CISOs, security teams, and IT leaders.
What you'll do:
- Develop & Execute Demand Generation Strategy – Build and scale an integrated demand gen engine that drives pipeline and revenue growth
- Campaign Ownership – Lead multi-channel campaigns (paid search, ABM, SEO, webinars, content syndication, email, and social)
- ABM & Personalization – Develop targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to engage key enterprise security buyers
- Lead Nurturing & Conversion – Optimize the funnel with automation, segmentation, and data-driven insights to convert MQLs to SQLs
- Sales & Marketing Alignment – Work closely with Sales to ensure marketing efforts directly impact pipeline and revenue
- Performance Analytics – Track and optimize demand generation KPIs, leveraging marketing automation and analytics tools
- Cybersecurity Expertise – Craft messaging and campaigns that resonate with security professionals, showcasing Seraphic’s unique value
What you’ll bring with you:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation
- Proven success in pipeline generation, ABM, and multi-channel campaign execution
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity personas, industry trends, and competitive landscape
- Strong data-driven mindset—able to analyze, report, and optimize based on key metrics
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Experience scaling demand generation in a fast-growing cybersecurity startup
- Background in content marketing, SEO, or event marketing
- Familiarity with intent data, ABM tools, and buyer intent platforms (6sense, Bombora, G2, etc.)
