SalesForce Technical Project Manager

Job Description

Join a large successful company (as a company employee, not outsourcing) rebuilding its IT infrastructure. Take charge of the entire business and procedural aspects of a new CRM system, working in Tel Aviv based offices. Analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and follow implementation to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Objectives of this Role

Build roadmaps and construct timely objectives for salesforce project integration.

Write top level requirements, design Salesforce integration with Priority-based ERP system and define implementation workflow to be extracted for migration to salesforce.

Define and supervise needed user training, integration of Salesforce with Priority service and procurement modules.

Initiate and define a CRM project using salesforce.

Create and give presentations, guide implementors and salesforce contractor.

Collaborate with the service, sales and IT divisions regarding features and functionality needed to design, develop, test by all stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information systems, or a related field

5+ years of experience in the technical project management of large-scale Salesforce systems together with ERP systems.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Experience working with IT subcontractors.

Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
