Intern, Service Desk - IT Support

Role Summary

IT stock administrator oversees inventory levels, ensuring that prepared Laptops are available at the requested date at the required time with company user. Inventory control, stock management, ticketing and HW database system overview and strong analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

IT scope:

• Supply and set of new laptops
• Reimage and basic repair on laptops (HW and SW)
• Printer administration and troubleshooting
• Base networking (can work with remote leadership)
• Cooperation with other IT administrators, but work alone on assigned tasks
• Local office IT infrastructure management
• OS Windows management, base setting and troubleshooting
• HW management/stock management
