SBO Implementation Specialist & System Analyst

About the Company - Prodalim is seeking an experienced SBO Implementation Specialist with strong system analysis skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience implementing and configuring SAP Business One (SBO) solutions, along with a deep understanding of business processes and the ability to analyze, model, and optimize them.

About the Role - Lead and support the full lifecycle of SAP Business One (SBO) implementation projects, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, training, and go-live support. Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, document requirements, and translate them into effective system solutions using SAP Business One. Analyze and map business processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure that SAP Business One is configured to meet business needs efficiently. Conduct detailed process analysis, design workflows, and recommend process optimization strategies to improve client operations. Provide training to clients on SBO modules, functionalities, and system usage. Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues during and after implementation. Work closely with development and technical teams to ensure smooth integration and system optimization. Support IT Projects according to the department needs

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience with SAP Business One (SBO) implementation, configuration, and support.
• Strong ability to analyze and model business processes and map them to SAP Business One functionalities.
• Experience in gathering business requirements, performing system analysis, and designing process workflows.
• Proficient in SQL and data analysis.
• High proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• High level of English

Preferred Skills

• SAP Business One certification is an advantage.
• Knowledge of additional SAP modules or other ERP systems is a plus.
• AI knowledge- advantage
