We are looking for an Project Coordinator to join our team in Jerusalem. This is an amazing opportunity to be part of the global PMO team

Related to all PS team members and will report to the Manger of Operational excellence.

You will focus on planning, organizing, and executing projects within defined scope, timeline, and budget, coordinating resources and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. This role involves managing multiple projects and teams across various functions, maintaining communication with stakeholders, and ensuring projects align with business goals and objectives.

About You – Experience, Education, Skills, And Accomplishments

• Student / degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or Software Engineering, or other relevant degree
• 0-2 + years of experience in project management
• High proficiency in English – both written and spoken
  
  

What will you be doing in this role?

• Assist in the preparation and organization of project documentation, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate team meetings, prepare agendas, and take notes for effective follow-up actions.
• Support the project manager in tracking project progress, milestones, and ensuring adherence to timelines.
• Maintain project files, records, and relevant documentation in shared systems.
• Facilitate communication between project team members and internal stakeholders.
• Help track project budgets and ensure financial data is accurately updated and reported.
• Support resource allocation and scheduling of team members based on project needs.

Responsible for multiple Clarivate products- Alma, Primo, polaris etc

The team is a global PS team.

Our base is in the Jerusalem, Israel office, hybrid mode.

This is a part time position.
