Priority Implementer

We are looking for a Priority Implementer.

Description:

• Support for Priority users on-site: Troubleshooting, providing service, and technical support for issues.
• Ongoing communication with "Midatek", the company providing the Priority system to the site – handling daily issues requiring solutions from "Midatek," as well as system upgrades and updates.
• Support for all systems integrated with Priority – daily communication with external system vendors. Providing fast and immediate solutions to prevent interruptions in production reporting.
• Creating linked tables and advanced reports in the Priority system. BI reports – an advantage.
• Developing additional applications according to management requirements within the Priority system to improve work efficiency and transparency.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management or a similar degree
• At least 5 years of experience as a Priority Implementer
• Customer service orientation, quick responsiveness, working with multiple interfaces, proactive approach
