Role Description:
- Managing, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and more.
- Conducting in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and creative messaging adaptation.
- Analyzing campaign performance, producing reports, and improving ROAS, CPL, CTR, and CPA
- Collaborating with the creative team, designers, and copywriters to craft high-converting ads
- Keeping up with emerging trends and cutting-edge advancements in digital advertising to drive better results.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in managing PPC campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
- Strong analytical skills – ability to interpret data, identify trends, and optimize campaigns based on performance insights.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and other paid media platforms.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets – comfortable with pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting.
- Experience with audience segmentation, keyword research, and A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Fluent Hebrew & excellent writing skills – ability to craft compelling marketing copy.
- High-level English proficiency – ability to analyze and understand industry trends and professional content.
- Strong collaboration skills – ability to work closely with creative teams, designers, and copywriters.
- Curious and self-motivated – passion for staying up to date with industry trends and testing new advertising strategies.
Strong Advantages:
- A background in math, data analysis, or marketing analytics.
- Experience managing high-budget campaigns and working with diverse clients.
- A relevant degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking tools.
