Finance Manager

With ambitious expansion plans, we are looking for a Financial Manager to help ensure financial stability and drive strategic growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop long-term financial strategies to support business goals
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Monitor financial performance through key metrics and KPIs
• Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Ensure the company has appropriate insurance and risk management policies
• Manage compliance with financial regulations and laws
• Oversee debt and equity financing
• Plan and execute foreign exchange, hedging, and investment strategies
• Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with business objectives

What We Expect:

• Proven experience in financial management (preferably in publishing, e-commerce, or related industries)
• Strong knowledge of financial forecasting, budgeting, and risk management
• Experience with debt/equity financing, foreign exchange, and investment strategies
• Familiarity with international financial regulations and compliance
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
