Job Description

Position Summary:

Gloria Consulting is seeking qualified Digital Business Management Mentor to deliver mentorship to Afghan youth who are developing digital startups. They will lead structured guidance for two months to support participants in implementing their startups successfully

Mentoring

• Offer personalized guidance to startups, helping them apply strategies to their specific challenges.
• Work closely with participants over 60 days to ensure the successful application of business strategies.
• Support participants in refining their business plans, conducting SWOT and PESTEL analyses, and developing prototypes, building marketing strategies and other business-related activities.
• Facilitate a collaborative environment, encouraging participants to share insights and learn from each other.
• Help the contestants develop their business plans
  
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital business development, consulting, or digital marketing.
• Proven experience in training, mentoring, or consulting with startups or youth-led businesses.
• Strong knowledge in business management, marketing, and financial planning.
• Fluency in Dari and Pashto is required; English proficiency is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and guide youth.
• Familiarity with Afghanistan’s startup ecosystem is an asset.
