Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic SEO Specialist to drive our search engine optimization efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of technical SEO, content optimization, and off-page strategies to improve organic search rankings, boost website traffic, and enhance user engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for both new and established websites.
• Conduct technical SEO audits, identifying issues related to site speed, mobile optimization, crawl errors, and site architecture.
• Perform keyword research to identify content opportunities aligned with business goals.
• Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, headers, content, internal linking, and schema markup.
• Develop and manage ethical link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
• Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest search engine algorithms, trends, and SEO best practices.
• Collaborate with content creators, developers, and marketing teams to implement SEO recommendations.
• Provide detailed performance reports, analyzing key metrics such as traffic, rankings, and conversion rates.
• Manage SEO risks, troubleshoot penalties, and adapt strategies to algorithm updates.
  
  

Job Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, SEO Manager, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO, on-page SEO, and off-page SEO strategies.
• Proficient in SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Expertise in keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization.
• Understanding of Core Web Vitals, schema markup, and mobile-first indexing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and digital marketing.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with website migrations, international SEO, and e-commerce platforms.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics for SEO implementations.
• Knowledge of CMS platforms
