Software Quality Assurance Team Lead

About the Role

We’re looking for a QA Team Lead to drive quality assurance across our products, ensuring seamless performance, reliability, and user satisfaction. You'll lead a team of QA engineers, establish best practices, and collaborate closely with development teams to maintain high-quality standards. This role also involves managing offshore testing teams and ensuring robust test coverage across mobile, web, and backend systems.

• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Define and implement testing strategies, frameworks, and best practices.
• Oversee test planning, execution, automation, and reporting across mobile, web, and backend services.
• Manage offshore testing teams, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to embed quality in the development lifecycle.
• Drive accessibility testing compliance with WCAG and other standards.

✅ Experience: 5+ years in QA, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

✅ Testing Expertise: Hands-on experience with mobile apps (Android/iOS), web, and backend testing in both manual and automated environments.

✅ Accessibility Testing: Must have experience testing for compliance with WCAG and other accessibility standards.

✅ Leadership: Proven experience leading and mentoring QA teams.

✅ Offshore Team Management: Experience managing and coordinating offshore testing teams across different time zones.

✅ Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.

✅ Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail.

✅ Agility: Comfortable in a fast-paced, agile environment.
