What You'll Do

As our Creative Marketing Director, you will:

• Define & Lead Brand Strategy – Develop and execute a creative vision across multiple brands, ensuring a unique and compelling identity.
• Turn Ideas into Impact – Lead the ideation and execution of cutting-edge marketing campaigns, brand storytelling, and creative content strategies.
• Own the Creative Direction – Oversee our brands' look, feel, and voice across web, video, social, ads, events, and beyond.
• Blend Creativity with Performance – Use data-driven insights to fine-tune messaging, optimize campaigns, and drive engagement.
• Build a Strong Brand Narrative – Develop messaging that resonates with global B2B audiences and establishes our authority in travel tech.
• Lead & Inspire – Manage and mentor a team of designers, content creators, and marketers to execute world-class creative strategies.
• Scale Internationally – Adapt our creative approach to diverse global markets, ensuring relevance and impact.

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a Creative Lead, Art Director, or Marketing Director in a B2B SaaS environment.
• 7+ years in creative marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• A strong portfolio of brand-building campaigns that drove engagement and revenue.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing, design principles, and storytelling techniques.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams (design, video, content, brand strategy).
• International marketing experience—you know how to localize and scale brand identity.
• Native English speaker (mandatory); additional languages are a huge plus.
• Highly adaptable, self-motivated, and results-driven—you take ownership and make things happen.
