Job Description:

• Results-oriented management of the international student recruitment framework in a positive and constructive manner.
• Managing recruitment representatives in various countries worldwide and a small recruitment team in Israel, including student ambassadors.
• Recruiting international students from academic institutions and universities worldwide for Bar-Ilan University's international programs.
• Collaborating with institutions in Israel and abroad that support individuals eligible for immigration to Israel.
• Working with international offices at universities worldwide.
• Developing budget-based marketing and recruitment campaigns.
• Managing the marketing budget.
• Overseeing the entire process from recruitment to enrollment, including lead management.
• Participating in large-scale events (fairs) for student recruitment and relationship-building with universities globally.
• Managing and utilizing digital marketing campaigns on social media platforms, including overseeing the International School’s website, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Executing projects and additional tasks as needed and as directed by supervisors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Experience in a similar role is an advantage.
• Familiarity with international university offices worldwide.
• Knowledge of organizations operating within the global Jewish community (e.g., Jewish Agency, Nefesh B’Nefesh) is an advantage.
• Understanding of academic systems abroad and university administrative structures is an advantage.
• Knowledge of marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with recruitment processes (including online) targeting specific audiences.
• Managerial experience and the ability to remotely manage staff across different locations.
• High-level proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good command of Hebrew, including strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to work independently while also integrating into a team.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering a positive and constructive work environment.
• Capacity for intensive work under high-pressure conditions.
• Willingness to work beyond regular hours and at non-standard times as required.
• Commitment and ability to work remotely as needed, based on supervisory decisions.
• Suitability to the university’s unique character, values, and mission.
