Talent Acquisition Partner

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Nagish you will play a central role in shaping our team and culture. You will source, attract, and hire exceptional talent that reflects our company’s values and goals. You’ll operate the end-to-end recruitment process, build and maintain a robust talent pipeline, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience from start to finish.

On a day to day, you will:

• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through various sourcing strategies
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to identify qualified candidates.
• Operate the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Keep up timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner, preferably from a start-up company
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Comeet, Gem, etc.).
• Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
• Detail-oriented, committed to quality and excellence
• Strong social skills and ability to build relationships and collaborate with various teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
• Willing to work as a contractor - an advantage
