Location: Company headquarters in Kibbutz Galed, Israel

Reports to: Board of Directors

Biogal, a global leader in veterinary diagnostics, is seeking a visionary CEO to drive the company’s growth and innovation. The CEO will oversee all company operations, develop business strategy, expand international markets, and lead financial and operational management.

• Develop and execute business strategies to expand international markets.
• Oversee all company operations, including production, marketing, sales, and R&D.
• Build strategic partnerships and foster global business relationships.
• Lead high-performing teams in a dynamic and competitive environment.
• Manage financial planning, budgeting, and profitability.
• Frequent international travel to strengthen business relationships and explore new market opportunities.

• Senior executive experience in biotech or life sciences industries.
• Deep understanding of diagnostic product development, production, and regulations.
• Proven track record in international market development and global sales management.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing complex teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hebrew (additional languages are a plus).
• Deep understanding of international distribution strategies and partner management.
• Relevant Bachelor's degree (Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Medical Device, etc.);
