You will work collaboratively to produce high-quality proposals, reports, donor communications, and other fundraising materials (no direct client-facing work for the most part). As Resource Development Writer, You Are Responsible For:

·      Developing and writing persuasive proposals, grant applications, and stewardship reports for clients;

·      Developing and writing capital-campaign materials, strategic plans and other donor communications for clients;

·      Ensuring proposals are well-organized, clear, and adhere to the guidelines and requirements of funding sources;

·      Preparing and submitting progress reports and other documentation required by funding sources;

·      Preparing budgets based on information produced by clients;

·      Conducting prospect research using established data bases;

·      Managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.

This Job Is For You If You:

·       Have demonstrated success in writing successful grants, reports and the full gamut of written donor communications;

·       Have faultless English and impeccable writing skills;

·       Are fluent in Hebrew;

·       Are familiar with data management and are comfortable working with AI and other digital tools;

·       Have proven experience preparing detailed budgets;

·       Can complete projects with exceptional attention to detail and efficiency;

·       Are action-oriented and flexible, and are able to work independently as well as to collaborate with colleagues;

·       Can multi-task and prioritize, and are a quick learner;

·       Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
