The things you'll be working on:

• Solution Design & Planning: Actively participate in project discussions and planning, contributing to the design of scalable, maintainable, and appropriate Salesforce solutions. Ensure proposed solutions effectively address business needs and align with best practices.
• Salesforce Automation Development: Design, build, and optimize complex Salesforce automation solutions using Flows (screen flows, record-triggered flows, scheduled flows, etc.). Implement and maintain these solutions, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
• Innovation & Exploration: Continuously explore and evaluate new Salesforce features and applications within the ecosystem to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation, contributing to the achievement of company goals.
• Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain process documentation and system architecture diagrams to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration across teams.
• Requirements Gathering & Translation: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions within the Salesforce platform.
• Troubleshooting & Optimization: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues and challenges. Drive continuous improvement and optimization of existing Salesforce solutions.

Do you know this kind of stuff?

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Solutions Architect, Salesforce Consultant, or Project Manager within a technical Salesforce team.
• An in-depth understanding of the Salesforce platform, specifically Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including advanced configuration, integration, data migration, and best practices.
• Working knowledge of Agile project methodologies, including backlog management, user story and acceptance criteria definition, sprint planning, and execution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a keen eye for details.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Hebrew and English, along with the ability to collaborate effectively within a global team environment.
