About the Role:

Pango is looking for a talented and motivated Legal Counsel to join our legal team for a maternity leave replacement. As legal counsel you’ll report directly to the CLO and work closely with key stakeholders in the organization, providing legal counsel in every day-to-day business aspect.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice to the company's various departments.
• Draft and negotiate contracts.
• Provide legal support for marketing activities.
• Draft terms of use and agreements with customers.
• Provide legal support for litigation and customer inquiries.
• Support procurement processes.

Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Israel.
• 2 years of experience.
• Experience in providing legal support to B2C companies - advantage.
• Experience in data privacy matters - advantage.
• Strong technological orientation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
