What Will You Do?

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with extensive R&D experience to lead our projects and manage relationships with our partners. As a Technical Project Manager, you will guide the engineering team, including system engineering, and play a key role in defining technical strategies. You will be involved in major architectural and strategic decisions that shape the growth and evolution of our teams and technical interfaces with clients.

• Lead all R&D aspects of the project, from kick-off to delivery.
• Oversee the development process and ensure business value delivery.
• Define system architecture.
• Manage the R&D Gantt chart and budget.
• Assist in implementing visions of quality, agility, trust, and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with clients, HQ R&D, and supply chain teams, including subsidiaries in the US, Germany, Sweden, and other locations.
• Lead technology implementation with strategic partners such as OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and infrastructure companies.

Requirements:

• BSc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or a related field – mandatory!
• At least 7+ years of experience as a development project manager in a multidisciplinary company.
• Experience managing diverse, high-budget development projects with mechanical, electronic, and software components.
• Experience leading system integration.
• Strong understanding of requirements management and technical aspects.
• Proven experience managing project schedules.
• High proficiency in English.
