A Leading Insurance Company is Seeking a Software Developer Team Leader

What you’ll do:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers, fostering technical excellence and continuous improvement. Plan and oversee infrastructure projects while collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements and implement innovative solutions. Lead by example through active participation in development, code reviews, and architectural decision-making.

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading and mentoring software development teams (2+ years in a leadership role).
• 6+ years of experience in developing large-scale systems with Java and modern frameworks like Spring Boot.
• Expertise in AWS cloud technologies, microservices architecture, and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Hands-on experience with Frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or VueJS.
• Proficiency in backend technologies with SQL and NoSQL databases, ORM tools (e.g., Hibernate), and API integration.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation, and DevOps best practices.
• Experience with at least one additional programming language such as Python, NodeJS, or JavaScript is a strong advantage.
