Global Finance Associate

We are a global consumer goods company specializing in innovative products for parents & children. As we keep growing, we seek a Global Finance Associate to join our team in Herzliya.

As a Global Finance Associate, you will be responsible for the accuracy of financial reports, analyzing financial results, and assisting with financial forecasting. The ideal candidate is a CPA with business acumen skills who is self-motivated and proactive.

This is a maternity leave replacement role, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results of the group
• Lead the preparation of the global monthly closing process and report to management
• Work with external advisors on accounting, tax, and other financial matters
• Oversee financial reporting of subsidiaries and related companies
• Support preparation of global forecasts and financial planning
• Provide support to auditors during annual audits
• Ensure all accounting practices comply with legal guidelines and accounting principles
• Assist with financial aspects of M&A transactions
• Assist with transfer pricing implementation and complex international taxation issues
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• CPA with a minimum of 2 years experience (including internship) – MUST
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English – MUST
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Big 4 accounting firm experience – an advantage
• NetSuite experience – an advantage
• Strong Excel skills
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
• Willingness to travel abroad
