Junior Product Operation

We are looking for a Junior Product Operation to oversee and optimize the product development process by managing the bug backlog, prioritizing fixes, defining bug resolutions, and maintaining product configuration settings.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure product stability, efficiency, and clarity in product usage.

Key Responsibilities

Bug & Issue Management

Own and manage the bug backlog, ensuring issues are logged, tracked, and resolved efficiently.

Collaborate with QA, Developers, and Product Managers to prioritize bug fixes based on impact.

Product Configuration & Documentation

Manage and optimize product configuration settings to align with business needs.

Maintain PO Confluence documentation, ensuring product knowledge and decisions are well documented.

Create and maintain usage instructions and best practices for internal and external stakeholders.

Cross-Team Collaboration & Communication

Act as the main POC for the CRM team, ensuring alignment between product goals and CRM functionalities.

Serve as the main POC for product usage instructions, assisting teams in understanding system functionalities.

Work closely with Customer Support to translate user feedback into actionable improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

2+ years experience in Product Operations, Product Management, QA, or a related role.

Strong understanding of agile methodologies and backlog management.

Experience working with JIRA, Confluence, and other product management tools.

Ability to define and document product bugs, workflows, and configuration settings.

Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.

Experience in the iGaming or SaaS industry is a plus.
