We are seeking a talented Purchasing Specialist to join our Finance team!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Open and prepare purchase orders and follow up end to end
• Handling all stages of the purchasing orders, from the moment the order is opened until it is approved.
• Send purchase orders to vendors and follow up through the lead time and supply dates.
• Handling day to day invoicing: monitoring and uploading all invoices to our payment system and working closely with the accountant team.
• Providing excellent service to multiple internal employees across all departments within the organization
• Day to day vendor management as required
• Ability to work fast along with detail-oriented skills.
• Solve problems quickly and efficiently
  
  

• 1-2 years of experience
• Fluent English (reading, writing and speaking)
• Outstanding service orientation
• Well organized
• Great negotiation skills- big advantage
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• Work independently and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
• ERP knowledge (preferable Priority)
• Fast learner
• Team player
• Excel
