What You’ll Do:

• Take ownership of the design process, ensuring robust and scalable architecture solutions
• Lead the design and development of technical matrix software architecture
• Maintain and enforce high coding standards
• Ensure and uphold high performance in both backend and frontend systems
• Drive and lead initiatives to improve our code infrastructure
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Mentor and guide developers, ensuring their code meets the established standards
• Work closely with other teams to align on project goals and deliverables
• Push and motivate developers to achieve their best work

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in software development
• Extensive experience in designing and implementing software architecture
• Strong knowledge of Node.js and React Native
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of developers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in designing and implementing software architecture
• Ability to enforce coding standards and ensure high-quality code
• Familiarity with performance optimization techniques for both backend and frontend
• Nice to have: Experience with automation tools and frameworks
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a collaborative spirit
