If you want to shape core product strategies that transform how 1,000+ R&D teams in AT&T operate, driving them to continuously improve while developing products for dozens of millions of customers to use, this is the job. Customers and main stakeholders are located in the United States.

The Role: Head of Product

As LevelUP’s Head of Product, you will own the end-to-end product strategy across our products portfolio - GenAI solutions to increase software delivery performance, including collaboration with industry leaders like Microsoft; a talent development platform targeted to enhance employees’ skills proficiency; a Software Engineering Intelligence (SEI) platform to provide teams and leaders with performance insights; and a modern delivery platform offering teams with the best in-class development tools.

This isn’t a purely strategic role: you’ll dive deep into product details, push teams to ship fast, and maintain an unwavering focus on user impact and adoption.

What is this job all about?

• Product Leadership: Provide product leadership to a team of Product Managers, defining and driving the vision for a set of products in the Technological Excellence domain.
• Product Mentoring: Work with a team of Product Managers to mentor, assist, build and define roadmaps, business requirements, development plans and roll-out plans.
• Stakeholders Management: Work with partners in the US and other stakeholders (upper management, Dev Leads, Customers, Go-to-market functions, and more) to promote our business objectives.
• Champion User-Centricity: Ensure combination of data insights with user feedback to prioritize features that drive real value for our software delivery teams and the technology organization.
• Ensure Fast, High-Quality Execution: Challenge product timelines, manage priorities, and keep teams laser-focused on delivering meaningful outcomes.
• Adapt & Iterate Quickly: Embrace changing conditions, make tough calls, and consistently deliver high-impact products.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven Extraordinary Product Impact: 10+ years’ experience in software product development roles, from which 5+ years in a product-management leadership position within global organizations, as part of a fast-paced, high-growth product team.
• Ability to lead several products within a single domain in parallel: proven experience in doing so, while establishing the required supportive processes to enable cross-products alignment and cooperation, to drive the different products towards success.
• Subject Matter Expert in the software delivery lifecycle domain. Previous experience as a developer is a plus.
• Relentless Focus & Drive: You operate best in high-pressure environments where success depends on speed and precision.
• Leading from the front: You enjoy managing customers directly to get a feel for the ground truth, and constantly challenge yourself and the team to become better acquainted with our customers and market, through customer engagements and analytics, to increase confidence in our product decisions.
