General manager of E-commerce

As the Head of E-commerce, you will lead ExplorAds E-commerce activity across multiple channels. You will also be responsible for building strategies, setting targets, and achieving business growth goals.

You will oversee the e-commerce strategy, go-to-market and digital ad spend across multiple platforms, be in charge of all product aspects, content production, and optimization, and manage your team to optimize campaigns and articles and continuously improve performance.

The ideal candidate is passionate about performance marketing, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a strong track record of managing and optimizing successful campaigns

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the E-commerce team across all channels.
• Develop and implement PPC strategies on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and Outbrain.
• Manage PPC analysts and content specialists.
• Identify new opportunities for revenue.
• Use a ‘test and learn’ approach to optimize KPIs such as conversions and ROAS..
• Analyze data to produce performance reports and actionable insights.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advertising methodologies.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate optimal rates.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of PPC management experience, especially with Google and Meta.
• Experience with analytics tools for data-driven decisions.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics and Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration.
• Experience in e-commerce paid activities is advantageous.
