About The Role

We are seeking an innovative and visionary Senior UX/UI Designer to lead the creation of intuitive, engaging, and high-usability web interfaces for WEKA’s cutting-edge products and services. In this critical role, you will collaborate closely with our Product and Engineering teams to shape the user experience across our platforms—both on-premises and SaaS—ensuring that our solutions are not only powerful but also remarkably user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities

User-Centered Design: Lead user research initiatives, including conducting interviews and usability testing, to gain deep insights into customer needs and pain points. Translate these insights into actionable design decisions that elevate the user experience.Innovative Interface Design: Craft detailed wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes that deliver intuitive and engaging experiences across WEKA’s UI platforms.Brand Integrity and Consistency: Uphold and evolve WEKA’s brand identity by ensuring all design elements are cohesive and align with our brand guidelines, creating a seamless experience across all products.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate user-centered designs into the product development lifecycle, advocating for the best UX/UI practices.Advanced Data Visualization: Design sophisticated dashboards and data-intensive interfaces, optimizing complex information for clarity, usability, and aesthetic appeal.Iterative Usability Testing: Plan, conduct, and analyze usability tests on product designs. Utilize feedback and insights to iterate and refine designs, ensuring optimal user engagement and satisfaction.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered designs for complex, data-driven applications.
• Domain Expertise: Proven experience in designing UX/UI for B2B technological products such as enterprise storage, networking, or cybersecurity solutions.
• Technical Proficiency: Mastery of design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Familiarity with user testing and analytics tools. Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically about product design and user experience, considering both short-term needs and long-term vision.Leadership Qualities: Demonstrated ability to lead design initiatives, mentor junior designers, and drive projects from concept to completion.
