About The Role

At Panorays, we're looking for a skilled Senior Bookkeeper to manage our financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. This position involves overseeing the company's financial activities, including payroll, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and reporting.

• Manage financial records up to trial balance.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closings, including account reconciliations and journal entries.
• Oversee payroll processing from start to finish.
• Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Handle invoices, accounts payable and receivable, and inter-company transactions.
• Ensure financial reporting meets Israeli regulatory requirements.
• Support external audits and ad-hoc accounting projects.
• Manage fixed assets and employee reimbursements.
  
  

• Certified type 2 bookkeeper (type 3 is an advantage).
• At least 5 years of senior bookkeeping experience.
• Experience working in startup and high-tech environments is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with NetSuite software.
• Strong Excel skills and fluent English.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
